We have developped a range of stirred or statical batch extractors to process the various raw materials :
from the most flimsy flowers to the crushed or in bulk materials.

Stationary extractors for flowers and plants in bulk
Extractors with floating filter (type EFF) for powders, gums, resins
Extractors with filtrating bottom (type EF2) for the powders.

These new kind of extractors (EF2) can do the extraction under stirrer, the filtration under pressure of the extract, and drying under vacuum of the residue, in the same equipment.
The stirrer with up and down system, double rotation way can reduce the extraction time, the number of washing for the exhaustion of raw material.
The filtrating bottom with total opening and closing by bayonnet supply a large filtration area and allow the instantaneous draining of residues. The body and bottom of extractor are heated to dry the residue.

All of these functions in a same apparatus furnish a big productivity.
These extractors are placed in complete units allowing the filtration of extract, the evaporation of solvent and the final concentration of extract under reduced pressure.
Some concentrates or "concretes" can be transformed in "absolutes" with special units.
These special units have a stirred extractor with heating and cooling, a vacuum cooled filter and a vacuum concentrator.
