The function of this apparatus is to clarify liquids or to separate solids from
liquids on all kinds of substance in suspension.
The filter elements are different : synthetics, cellulose, single or multilayer
metallic.
Multistage
pressure filters
The function of this apparatus is to clarify liquids, to separate solids from
liquids or discoloration on all kinds of substance in suspension.
This type of filter is used for products needing an important filtration area
with a small space required.
Depending on the applications, the substance in suspension feeding can be done
from the inside or outside of filtering block.
For separations with a small volume of cake, the filtration area can be doubled
for the same volume of retention by using two-faced plates.
The filter elements are different : synthetics, cellulose.
Stirred dryer filters (Nutsche filters)
The dryer filters are used to carry out the following procedures, in the same
apparatus :
Mixing
Pressure or vacuum filtration
Washing of the cake
Smoothing of the cake
Drying under vacuum
Draining through side discharge valve or by system for cake's recovery
Our range is from laboratory size 10 liters (0,03 square m.) to 10 cu.m (6 square
