We manufacture batch or continuous rectification units at atmospheric pressure or under vacuum until 0,5 mbar abs.

Their efficiency can range from 5 to 120 theorical plates and their capacity from 10 to 12 000 litres with diameter of the columns from 100 to 1200 mm.
For the sensitive products, the items which compose these units (boiler, packing, vapour/liquid separator, condenser, trap condenser) are designed to obtain a minimal pressure drop between the boiler and the column head.

For products which having a high melting point, the heat-exchangers, pipes and pumps are equipped with double-jackets.
The vacuum groups which equipped these units include one to four stages, in order to obtain the desired pressure in the column head.
